Quick Overview

Odyssey Landing and Starting Area
Collect the four clusters around the Odyssey, including both zipper alcoves and the high ledge reached with the hat trampoline.

- Turn around immediately after arriving in Lake Kingdom.
- Climb onto the raised stone-and-grass ledge beside the Odyssey landing point.
- Walk along the ledge and collect the three scale-shaped coins.

- Jump into the shallow pool in front of the Odyssey and swim to the right.
- Capture the zipper set into the lakebed and pull it open.
- Swim into the revealed trench and collect the three coins.

- Go to the back-right corner of the starting area and use the white hat trampoline.
- Land on the high ledge and throw Cappy at the three wooden posts in the alcove.
- Pull the posts free and collect the three revealed coins.

- Follow the path north from the Odyssey toward the underwater entrance.
- Capture the tall zipper on the cliff wall and unzip the opening.
- Wall-jump inside the narrow shaft and collect the three coins at the top.
Courtyard and Cliffside
Stack Goombas for the high Courtyard ledge, then clear the hidden four-coin route inside the cliffside 2D section.

- Take the stairs left of the Odyssey and enter the Courtyard.
- Capture nearby Goombas and build a stack tall enough to reach the upper ledge.
- Jump from the stack and collect the four coins along the ledge.

- Enter the green pipe in the cliff on the left side of the lake.
- Ride the orange platform through the 2D section and stay on it toward the far end.
- Jump into the hidden upper route and collect the four coins.
Large Lake
Two clusters sit in the open water between the starting area and the Water Plaza: one near the surface and one deeper below.

- Start from the Underwater Entrance checkpoint and swim upward and to the right.
- Surface beside the round Water Plaza structure and the rocky shelf.
- Swim through the three coins floating beside the columns.

- Swim into the southern half of the large lake and dive below the surface.
- Look for the recessed shelf with three wooden posts in the wall.
- Pull the posts with Cappy and swim through the three coins.
Water Plaza Interior
Search the interior ledges, the underwater wall alcove and the entrance to the spiky tunnel before swimming up to the terrace.

- Enter the Water Plaza near the Display Window checkpoint.
- Climb the interior stairs and look over the side toward the narrow lower ledge.
- Long-jump or throw Cappy through the three coins beside the stairway.

- Start at the Water Plaza Entrance checkpoint and swim left outside the dome.
- Find the small underwater recess with three wooden posts.
- Pull out the posts with Cappy and collect the three coins behind them.

- Dive down the shaft leading toward the spiky underwater tunnel.
- At the bubbler near the entrance, turn around and face the recessed wall.
- Swim carefully above the spikes and collect the four coins in the alcove.
Water Plaza Terrace
Use the P Switch, unzip the upper cliff wall and finish the exposed ledge route on the left side of the terrace.

- Swim up the central shaft from the Water Plaza roof and emerge on the terrace.
- Step on the nearby P Switch to lower the coin platform.
- Move onto the platform before it resets and collect the three coins.

- From the rooftop shaft exit, move to the cliff wall on the left.
- Use the white hat trampoline to reach and capture the high zipper.
- Unzip the square alcove and collect the four coins inside.

- Continue left from the upper zipper alcove toward the boss-arena route.
- Use the hat trampoline to cross onto the isolated grassy shelf.
- Land safely and collect the four coins grouped on the ledge.
Jump, Grab, Cling and Climb
The final three coins are around a hidden corner in the wall-clinging bonus course north of the Water Plaza.

- Use the northern hat trampoline to reach the red challenge door.
- Inside, bounce from the second hat trampoline and grab the red wall.
- Cling around the corner to the left and collect the final three coins.
