Chapter 5: Bug Country Smiley Flowers Guide

Smiley Flower #1 – Behedger

1. Lure the Behedger toward the jars on the platform above the staircase.
2. Wait for it to swing its scythes.
3. Collect the Flower after the jars break.

Smiley Flower #2 – Behedger

1. Get the mouse from the well.
2. Throw it into the small hole in the wall.
3. Let the mouse retrieve the Flower for you.

Smiley Flower #3 – Behedger

1. Place all four keys into their keyholes.
2. Lure the Behedger outside the temple.
3. Make it smash the nut with its scythes to reveal the Flower.

Smiley Flower #4 – Behedger

1. Lead the Behedger to the stone ruins outside the temple.
2. Make it smash the ruins to reveal a hole.
3. Enter the hole and Ground Pound the treasure chest inside.

Smiley Flower #1 – Swirm

1. Go to the bottom of the waterfall.
2. Throw an egg at the Flower.
3. Collect it after the hit.

Smiley Flower #2 – Swirm

1. Use the giant Swirm to line up a fly slam.
2. Strike the nut on top of the second waterfall.
3. Collect the Flower from the broken nut.

Smiley Flower #3 – Swirm

1. Ground Pound the red button.
2. Stretch the Swirm across the platform.
3. Ground Pound on it to bounce high and collect every blue token.

Smiley Flower #4 – Swirm

1. Inside the cave, stretch the giant Swirm in a straight line.
2. Throw eggs so they bounce off the Swirm.
3. Hit the Flower on the platform above.

Smiley Flower #5 – Swirm

1. Stretch the giant Swirm diagonally in the cave.
2. Ground Pound on the far end of the stretched Swirm for a stronger aerial strike.
3. Break the rocks above and collect the Flower.

Smiley Flower #1 – Stickiwick

1. Throw the Stickiwick web ball onto the rock ceiling.
2. Swing toward the middle platform.
3. Grab the Flower above it.

Smiley Flower #2 – Stickiwick

1. Attach the web ball to the edge of the tree root.
2. Build a larger swing.
3. Reach the hidden cavern and collect the Flower.

Smiley Flower #3 – Stickiwick

1. Throw the web ball onto the cliff platform at the far-right side.
2. Swing into the hidden area.
3. Collect the Flower inside.

Smiley Flower #4 – Stickiwick

1. Attach the web ball near the webbed twig box in the upper-right.
2. Ground Pound while swinging to smash the box.
3. Swing up through the crevice to reach the Flower.

Smiley Flower #5 – Stickiwick

1. Pull out the red exclamation button on the far-left side.
2. Ground Pound the button.
3. Collect all blue tokens before the timer ends.

Smiley Flower #1 – Mawstalk

1. Find the giant nut in the group of leaves on the second level.
2. Feed the nut to the Mawstalk.
3. Collect the Flower after the interaction.

Smiley Flower #2 – Mawstalk

1. Have the Mawstalk eat the rock below the nut on the second level.
2. Enter the secret underground area that opens.
3. Chase the insect carrying the Flower until you can grab it.

Smiley Flower #3 – Mawstalk

1. Feed the empowered Mawstalk a hot pepper.
2. Let it eat the leaves around the platforms above the second-level crevice.
3. Follow the Winged Cloud and chase it with the Mawstalk to claim the Flower.

Smiley Flower #1 – Slugarang

1. Throw the Slugarang at the leaf patch above the arched platform right of the Croakaoke.
2. Drop the giant nut.
3. Destroy the nut with the Slugarang to reveal the Flower.

Smiley Flower #2 – Slugarang

1. Destroy the crate under the platform near the waterfall.
2. Enter the cave that opens.
3. Throw the Slugarang under the wooden platform so it carries the Flower back.

Smiley Flower #3 – Slugarang

1. Watch the base of the waterfall for the blue fish.
2. Hit the jumping fish with the Slugarang.
3. Collect the Flower after the hit.

Smiley Flower #4 – Slugarang

1. Ride the rain clouds from the upper-right area.
2. Use them to reach the top of the central tree.
3. Collect the Flower at the top.

Smiley Flower #1 – Wooshwing

1. Fly with the Wooshwing toward the cliffside.
2. Reach the platform above the two yellow Crazee Dayzees.
3. Collect the Flower there.

Smiley Flower #2 – Wooshwing

1. Fly toward the Flower left of the Winged Clouds near the updraft.
2. Hold your line through the wind.
3. Grab the Flower before dropping back down.

Smiley Flower #3 – Wooshwing

1. Ground Pound the red exclamation button in the upper-right corner.
2. Collect all blue tokens before the timer expires.
3. Take the Flower that appears on the thread.

Smiley Flower #4 – Wooshwing

1. Carry a hot pepper while riding a Wooshwing.
2. Blast off toward the upper-right corner.
3. Take the Flower from the yellow butterfly.
