5F RIP Suites Gem Locations
The 5F RIP Suites Gems are spread across two guest-room balconies, the Laundry Room, a statue-lined hallway and two ensuite bathrooms. The White and Red Gems both need a balcony reveal, while the Yellow Gem is the only one that needs Gooigi.
White Gem #1 – Room 508 Balcony
- Head into Room 508 and step out onto the balcony.
- Look through the telescope to make the moon twist into a grinning ghost face.
- Defeat the ghost that flies down from the sky to claim the White Gem.
Red Gem #2 – Room 501 Balcony
- In Room 501, shine the Dark-Light Device on the wall behind Princess Peach’s luggage to reveal a hidden balcony door.
- Move the luggage aside and step through the door onto the balcony.
- Interact with the stone gargoyle mounted on the wall to pull the Red Gem from its mouth.
Blue Gem #3 – Laundry Room
- In the hallway, fire the plunger at the vending machine to pull it aside and reveal a hidden door.
- Head through the door into the Laundry Room.
- Use the plunger on the grate in the left corner of the room to reach the Blue Gem.
Green Gem #4 – Room 506 Hallway
- Walk down the hallway toward Room 506, where two statues flank the passage.
- Grab the glowing orb off the statue on the left.
- Shoot the orb at the statue on the right to knock the Green Gem loose.
Purple Gem #5 – Room 507
- Enter the bathroom in Room 507 and vacuum the tarp bunched in the left corner.
- The tarp pulls free and reveals a hole leading to a secret room.
- Step through the hole and collect the Purple Gem from the hidden room.
Yellow Gem #6 – Room 502
- In the Room 502 bathroom, send Gooigi down the drain to reach the pipes below.
- Pull the wood block free from the shower valve, then turn the valve to start filling the tub.
- Once the tub fills up, smash the yellow box that floats to the surface to claim the Gem.
